Then we revisited feedback. The problem with feedback ratings is that you don't know if the member has done more buying or more selling to gain his/her feedback rating. So we decided to give each member 2 Feedback Ratings, one rating for all the buying you do, and one for all your selling. For example if you buy something and the seller gives you good feedback you will receive 1 point for your 'Buyer Feedback Rating'. Members are now more informed about what type of buyers or sellers each member is. Sellers that gain high feedback ratings are rewarded with more preferential fees. Then we revisited feedback. The problem with feedback ratings on other websites is that you will not know if the member has done more buying or more selling to gain his/her feedback rating, so we decided to give each member 2 Feedback Ratings, one rating for all the buying they do, and one for all their selling.
