Listings of catalogues from which buyers can order individual items from is not allowed on bideasi websites.
Promotional offers or freebies are not allowed, nor raffles, lotteries, and other prize winning competitions. However, bideasi may run such promotions on our websites to our members.
bideasi does not allow bonus listings where the seller does not say the exact amount where the bonus will apply, or multiple item listings where the exact same bonus is not offered to all buyers.
Items must be listed in appropriate categories. Buyers and sellers that fail to do so may be served action against them.

Choice listings are not allowed on bideasi websites. This is when a seller allows buyers to choose from a selection of items. Any such listings will be removed immediately from our websites.

Multiple quantity listings (Dutch auction, fixed price or shop) is where the seller offers a choice of sizes in otherwise items that are identical. The seller must be able to fulfill the entire quantity of every listing in any size. It is not allowed for the seller to offer preferences to any single buyer, or to be subject to availability.

Members of bideasi must never try to avoid bideasi fees for selling items on a bideasi website.

Postage and packaging charges should accurately reflect the cost to the seller, so that the buyer is not mislead. Postage and packaging costs are combined to produce a total that is used to calculate the fee to the seller. So, it is no longer a benefit to the seller to reduce the selling price and increase the postage cost.

Sellers that offer insurance must only charge the cost of the insurance to the seller. Sellers who do not use a licensed third-party insurance company are not allowed to other insurance to buyers. An insurance is added to the Delivery Schedule section.

Taxes, such as VAT may be applied to the price of an item, but this must be clearly stated.

For international transactions sellers cannot collect tariffs or duties from selling any items. Buyers could be responsible for tariffs and duties as stated by respective country laws.

Statements in any listings that advertise other goods, websites, people, services that its entirety does not provide direct information associated with the listed item will result in severe action from bideasi on the member that made the listing. Any statements that encourage buyers to place their bideasi bids or purchases through different means is not allowed.

Listings may contain information that provides a service offered by the seller that must be related to the listed item. Such as networking for wireless networking products. The cost of such services must not be included in the offer prices made by the seller.

Listings that do not accurately describe the item for sale are not allowed on any bideasi websites.

Listing a single item and then offering more items in the item description is not allowed.

Members are not allowed to create any descriptions for their listings that do not accurately describe the item for sale.

Listings with multiple quantities are allowed, but must be clearly stated.

Additional charges for forms of payment are not allowed.

bideasi does not allow listings to contain profanity or vulgar language, such as racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene language. Where such words are part of the appropriate description of the item the member must *** out such words. This policy extends to feedback.

It is not allowed to offer to buy or sell a listed item outside of bideasi by any member.

The 'Report The Buyer' is primarily used to report members who are not using bideasi with best practices, but it can be used also to report buyers for various other reasons. The seller must always have a good reason for doing this.

Members are not allowed to contact buyers in a completed transaction to discourage them from buying from a seller.

Sellers are not allowed to place offers with the intent of disrupting a listing in any way, but solely to make genuine offers to buyers.

Disruption to bideasi's websites and/or operations using software, hardware or by any other means is a serious offence and is not allowed.

Any representation to buy or sell items by a bideasi employee is made solely for the employee's own personal use and not on behalf of the bideasi.

Employees of bideasi must adhere to the highest standards of conduct on our bideasi websites. Employees must abide by the terms of the bideasi website.

Employees are subject to all the fees and policies for using the services of all the bideasi websites.

bideasi employees must use a personal email address to conduct business on bideasi websites. bideasi employees must identify him or herself as a bideasi employee and email the link to this web page to the buyer or seller, and when a bideasi employee lists a buy item, the bideasi employee must include the link to this web page in their listing.

Spam is email that is unsolicited and commercial. It is not allowed on bideasi websites.

Unsolicited: Email sent without the permission of the recipient

Commercial: Emails involving buying, selling or trading of goods and/or services

bideasi may at time experience downtime, which is when parts or all of bideasi websites are not functional. When this occurs we will endeavour to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. If downtime occurs longer than a day, bideasi will extend the length of all auctions.

Threats of bodily harm may be actionable under criminal law. All such offences should be reported immediately to law enforcement authorities. You may also contact your phone company if the offence was made over the telephone or contacting the sender's Internet Service Provider if the offences was made through email. bideasi will remove any individual as a member for such offences that are upheld.

Falsifying or omitting required contact information when registering on bideasi is not allowed.

All members must not use or distribute for any reason other member identities for any reason other than if it is of particular importance to fulfilling a particular transaction on bideasi. Members must get the permission from the other member before doing so.

Members must be at least 18 years old.

As a seller on bideasi, you agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of bideasi services and your listing, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of items.

You, the member are also responsible for paying all fees associated with using all bideasi services and our websites and all applicable taxes.

Sellers in the UK should go to the HM Customs and Excise website that addresses certain issues of VAT and VAT registration.

Irish sellers should go to the Irish Revenue Commissioners website.

bideasi requires sellers to comply to all VAT laws and regulations in listing an item on bideasi websites. The VAT amount should be clearly stated on the listing.

If you are selling items in other countries you need to ensure that your transaction complies to laws that govern such sales.

Make sure that the item you're selling can be lawfully shipped outside of the country where you live. Exporting may need special licenses, or may be banned altogether.

Sellers have to make sure that they can import the item into the buyers country before despatching the item. Each country has different laws that limit the types of items that may be imported into their country. bideasi recommends that you discuss possible import problems with the buyer, and do further investigation to avoid any problems.

When an item is listed on bideasi, and a buyer accepts an offer price from a seller on an item, the seller and buyer have entered into a contract. Both members are expected to honour that contract and complete the transaction and delivery of the listed item. To honour this contract, the seller must:

Deliver the item for which payment was made by the buyer

Not to mislead the buyer by providing an item that is significantly different to the delivered item.

Accept payment for an item at the end of a successful sale.

bideasi does not allow members to misrepresent themselves as bideasi employees or as other bideasi members.

To comply with bideasi privacy rules bideasi does not discuss the results of any investigation to rule breaches by other members.

bideasi will not sell, rent, or use your personal information to any third party. Disclosure of  your information will only occur with your explicit consent.

Your personal information will only be shared with third parties in order to fulfil a transaction or an activity you have initiated on a bideasi website. Any information connected to you provided to advertisers will only include information that does not personally identify you. We do however share contact information and other public information that is available on bideasi websites with law enforcement. Financial, historical, billing, or other non-public information will not be provided to law enforcement unless required to do so by law.

By accepting bideasi's Privacy Policy and bideasi's Member Agreement, you consent to bideasi using and disclosing your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you object to our Privacy Policy and disclosure please do not register with bideasi.

All bideasi websites have similar privacy policies as described in this Privacy Policy and, subject to the requirements of applicable local law. Specific privacy policies are available by contacting info@bideasi.com  but where there isn't a privacy policy for an individual country, this Privacy Policy takes precedence.

If you are under 18 years old, you can use bideasi website services available to members only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You always have the choice not to provide information requested on our websites, but this may mean you are not able to use all the services on bideasi websites.

bideasi automatically collects information from our websites for research purposes, such as demographic, search, and behavioural data so that bideasi is better placed in serving and our members.

All information that you enter on our websites will be stored safely by electronic means. You may at any stage decline to submit any data to us, but this may mean you do not gain the full functionality of our websites.

We use information we obtain from your activities on our websites, in order to resolve disputes, provide excellent customer support, troubleshoot problems and uphold our member agreement and policies.

By registering with bideasi you agree that we may use information about you to improve our marketing and promotions, to analyze statistics about our websites, improve website content, and services. By doing so we aim to provide a better level of service to you and all our members.

You agree that we may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you that, such as targeting information to your interests, providing you with administrative information, products of potential interest, and communications relevant to your use of our websites. By accepting our Member Agreement and reading this Privacy Policy, you agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive such information please contact bideasi at info@bideasi.com .

You agree that we may share information about you with our organisation connected to bideasi that are committed to providing a better online trading experience for you, throughout the world. Such organisation connected to bideasi follow privacy policies no less protective of all members than our practices described in this Privacy Policy, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

We cannot totally ensure that all of your communications with bideasi and other information related to you will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. For example, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or members may misuse your information that they acquire from our websites. However, bideasi will at all times take steps to try to prevent this from happening, but we cannot promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or communications with bideasi will always remain private. Any member misusing such information may be removed from bideasi websites permanently. You can also take steps to keep your information private, such as by using firewalls and other latest technologies that may be available at the time to keep your information private.

On request to info@bideasi.com we will remove all information about you from our systems, including your registration details. We cannot however, give a time when this may happen, but we endeavour to fulfil your requests as speedily as possible.

Certain personal information of yours may become archived due to laws that we may have to adhere to.

bideasi safeguards your personal information using encryption techniques, firewalls and Secure Socket Layers ( SSL ). You must understand "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.

Any amendments to our privacy policy and terms and conditions will be emailed to you prior to them taking affect.

bideasi continually aims to provide a safe online experience to for all payment methods provided. For this reason we do not allow all payment methods on our websites and we encourage all members to use the safe MoneyBookers payment method. Sellers with their own company credit card processing account, and those who use a third-party credit-card processor, may offer buyers the option of paying directly with a credit card online, or by phone. bideasi  does not provide any protection to buyers when items are not received under this situation and the buyer loses their money. Nor protection for the seller in case payment is not received from the buyer.

To encourage a safe online experience for all members sellers may not request buyers to mail cash, or to ask buyers to send cash through instant money transfer services (non-bank, point-to-point cash transfers) such as Western Union or Moneygram, or to solicit payment through “topping off” of a seller’s pre-paid credit or debit card, or to request payment through online payment methods not allowed in this policy, or cheque payments.

Selling of items from ripping, or copying without authority to do so can result in a member losing their privileges, and/or being removed from bideasi websites, and/or for their proceeds from the sale of such items to be revoked.

The sale of downloadable media is not allowed on bideasi websites, unless the seller is the copyright owner, or the item / product is in the public domain.

If you are the rightful owner of the media you must state this within your listing.

This Member Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of services available under the domains and sub-domains that are listed below. If you do not agree to be bound by this Member Agreement, you may not use or access our services.

All websites listed above will be termed as 'The bideasi Websites' for the purposes of this agreement.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Member Agreement, which includes those terms and conditions set out below, before you may become a member of The bideasi Websites.

We may amend this Member Agreement at any time by giving you notice by either e-mail or by posting the amended Member Agreement on The bideasi Websites. Any amended Member Agreement will govern new member registrations from the date that it is posted on The bideasi Websites. Existing members will be bound by the amended Member Agreement after the expiry of 30 days following the date of a notice being provided.

This Member Agreement is effective on 01 January 2007 for new registering members.

Our services are not available to, and may not be used by, persons under the age of 18 years or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended bideasi members. If you are under 18 years old, you can use services on The bideasi Websites only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Member Agreement.

You must choose a username and password during registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use or utilise The bideasi Websites using your own username and password. You must ensure as much as possible to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to any other person. You shall not transfer or sell your username to any other person. You shall also not allow, either directly or indirectly, any other person to utilise your username or password.

We are not responsible for ensuring that buyers and sellers actually complete a transaction. You accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you. We are not responsible for the legality of listings, nor are we responsible for listings providing accurate information concerning description, price and other facts about the items listed. However, bideasi does and continues to try to ensure listed  information on The bideasi Websites is as accurate as possible.

You must not offer, sell, bid for, or buy any items which we do not permit on The bideasi Websites. If you are unsure if you are able to list, bid, or by an item you should contact info@bideasi.com. We do not accept any obligation to protect you from unsafe items listed for sale on The bideasi Websites. Please do not assume that items listed will be harmless to people or property.

Using various methods we try to ensure that personally information that you provide is accurate and true, but no members can hold bideasi responsible for members providing inaccurate information.

You agree that you shall not market, export, or use your bideasi feedback ratings, or  feedback  comments on any other website, or with any other company outside of bideasi and The bideasi Websites. Neither do we allow you to import feedback from other websites to bideasi because this feedback does not reflect your reputation within on The bideasi Websites.

In the event that you have any right, claim or action against any other member arising from that of a members use of The bideasi Websites, you agree to pursue such right, claim or action independently of and without recourse to us, and you release bideasi (and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees) from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.

We do not control the information provided by other members, available through The bideasi Websites. You may find other members information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please be careful, and use common sense, and practice safe trading when using The bideasi Websites. There are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretences. By using The bideasi Websites, you agree to accept such risks and agree that bideasi is not responsible for the acts of members on The bideasi Websites.

As a buyer, you have a legal obligation to complete a transaction with a seller: if you purchase an item using one of our payment methods.

By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale displayed in an item's listing, so long as that those conditions of sale are not in breach of this Member Agreement and or not unlawful. Bids are only retractable in special circumstances, such as when the seller materially changes the item's description after a bid is placed, a clear error is made on the item listing, or you cannot authenticate the seller's identity. As buyer, you must ensure that you are legally able to buy any item that you and as a seller you are legally able to make offer prices on buy items from buyers.

If you are a seller, you must ensure that you are legally able to sell each item included in a listing, and that it is lawful to sell such item , or that it is lawful to sell and export such item to a person resident in the buyer's jurisdiction. Your listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item and you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use all content in your listings and bideasi has the right to host it on our servers.

We may decide to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged or are about to engage in, or have been in any way involved in or linked to, fraudulent activity in connection with The bideasi Websites.

When we announce the promotional events on The bideasi Websites. Such promotional events shall not apply to any listings on The bideasi Websites at the time of the announcement. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service.

Sellers will be responsible for paying all fees associated with using services provided by The bideasi Websites and all applicable taxes. You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic format by email.

"Your Information" is any information you provide to us or other members in relation to bideasi services including the registration, bidding, listing or feedback process, without limitation any description of items listed, and any other content that you post within The bideasi Websites. You are solely responsible for Your Information, and we act as a means of you providing your information online.

Your Information provided to us and everyting that you do on The bideasi Websites must not: be false, inaccurate or misleading; be offensive, racist or abusive, defamatory, or in breach of copyright, confidentiality, privacy or any other rights; infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items; be in breach of any applicable laws or regulations  (including, but not limited to, laws governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising); be obscene, indecent or contain child pornography; create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs, suppliers, or other organisation connected or owned by bideasi.

You must not list any item on The bideasi Websites, and/or complete any transaction on The bideasi Websites that, by paying to bideasi fees may cause us to violate any law.

You allow bideasi to use Your Information, you grant us a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) licence to exercise the copyright, trade mark, publicity, and database rights you have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known. You also waive all moral rights you have in Your Information to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access The bideasi Websites for any purpose without our express written permission.

You must not distribute or publicly display any content, other than Your Information, from The bideasi Websites without the prior expressed written permission of bideasi and the appropriate third party. You must not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of The bideasi Websites or any activities conducted on The bideasi Websites. You must not prevent or restrict access to The bideasi Websites. We do not authorise you to extract or copy large parts of The bideasi Websites, nor the concepts of The bideasi Websites.

By accepting this Member Agreement and becoming a member of bideasi, you agree that, with respect to other members' personal information that you acquire through The bideasi Websites or through an bideasi-related communication or transactions on The bideasi Website, you may only use such information for: bideasi-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages and relate to your involvement in a bideasi-facilitated transaction, using services offered through bideasi (e.g. escrow, insurance, postal and fraud complaints), and any other purpose that members agrees to after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). In addition, you shall only use such information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation data protection and privacy laws. In all cases, you must give members an opportunity to remove themselves from your database or whatever data storage methods you are using and a chance to review what information you have collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose personal information about another member to any third party without our consent and the consent of other members after adequate disclosure.

bideasi and our members do not tolerate spam or unsolicited commercial communications. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you shall not add a bideasi  member, even a member who has purchased an item from you, to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express written consent after adequate disclosure.

We may limit the functionality that you are able to use on The bideasi Websites, immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your member registration or any of your item listings and refuse to provide our services to you without notice to you: if you breach this Member Agreement or the documents incorporated by reference; or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any personal information that you provide to us; or if we believe that your actions may cause bideasi, or any organisations that we are connected with, financial loss or legal liability.

Nothing in this Member Agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our employees. Subject to the foregoing, we (including directors and employees) will not be liable for any economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages, regardless of how they arose, including negligence; arising out of or in connection with this Member Agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

We (including our directors and employees) also have no liability of any sort (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of other providers of telecommunications services or for faults in or failures of their networks and equipment.

Our liability to you or any third party, and the liability of our directors and employees, in any circumstance is limited to the greater of  i) the total fees you have paid to us in relation to the listing or other service offered giving rise to liability, and ii) £100.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Member Agreement (including the documents incorporated by reference), or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

This Member Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The laws of your country may be different from English law, including laws governing what can be legally offered, sold, exported, bought or imported. There may be additional legal requirements, relating to (for example) the requirement to hold a licence to buy or sell certain items, or to register a transfer in a central registry. You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our services, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are abiding to all such laws and regulations. There is no practical way for us to continually monitor the laws of every country, or each member transaction. Please do not assume that you are allowed to do what other members do, or that we are approving or validating any transaction, even if you have successfully made similar sales or purchases in the past.

bideasi reserves the right to pay commissions to their customers for referrals in whatever format and without requiring prior notice. All revisions to this policy will be posted in this section. As of the date of the posting of this website, bideasi will pay all commissions owed to their customers up to 3 months in arrears. This may be extended in special circumstances.

If any provision of this Member Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall be enforceable. You agree that this Member Agreement and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by bideasi , in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition or any other event. You and bideasi  are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Member Agreement. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Member Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to its subject matter. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party shall alter the interpretation of this Member Agreement.
