| If you have not used the bulk
upload utility
before you need to download the bulk upload template csv file in Step 1. The file you download will be a zip file, which will contain the SellersBulkUpload.csv file. You can use WinZip to extract the SellersBulkUpload.csv file from the zip file. When adding new items to the template file you must adhere to certain constraints. These constraints are listed below: |

| 1 | The Title, Category Code, Condition, High Price Item fields must be entered otherwise the product will not be successfully entered onto the bideasi website. |
| 2 | Each field is given a maximum character length, such as the Title field cannot contain more than 80 characters. Other fields have other constraints, such as only accepting numbers |
| 3 | You must search for the correct Category Codes for each product using the 'Multiple Search' button in Step 2. Enter a word that accurately describes the product, press the 'Multiple Search' button, which will display a list of possible categories. Select the appropriate category from the list and press the 'Confirm' button at the end of the list. The associated Category Code will be displayed. Enter this Category Code in the 'Category Code' field in your SellersBulkUpload.csv file. |
| 4 | When you have entered all of your products into the SellersBulkUpload.csv file save the file. The file can be renamed if you prefer to hold an archive of your uploaded files. |
| 5 | Now upload all your product images to bideasi. This is really easy, just press the 'Upload Images' button where you will be directed to a separate screen. Click on the appropriate image and the rest is straight forward. A message will be displayed on the screen notifying you of each successfully uploaded image. |
| 6 | When you have uploaded all your images, press Go Back. Now start Step 4. Click the Browse button and select the csv file that you created in the previous steps and press the 'Submit' button. Your completed csv file will be uploaded to bideasi. |
| 7 | The final step is to let bideasi know that your products are waiting to be verified and entered onto the bideasi website, so press the 'Request bideasi Approval' button |
| 8 | bideasi will now assess all the products that you have
submitted and will confirm acceptance or decline ones that
don't match with bideasi's policies. You will be emailed when this assessment is complete. |
