Member Profiles

My Email	Click on 'My Email' to show a drop down box which will list emails from buyers and sellers about items that you are either selling or have created buy items for. Select one of the items from the list to display detailed information about the item and the email message. You can now choose to Delete the email, or Reply to the email. All emails that have or haven't been read for a period will be automatically deleted. So, it is important for you to check your emails fairly regularly.

Feedback	The Buyer Feedback Rate and Seller Feedback Rates are displayed in blue and red. The higher the combined score the better the preferential seller rates you will receive from bideasi. Members can leave feedback on buyers and sellers by simply clicking on 'Feedback' and then either selecting 'Seller Feedback' or 'Buyer Feedback' whichever is appropriate. All personal feedback messages can be obtained via the 'Feedback History' button. This will reveal a list of your feedback left by other members, for items you have either sold or purchased. In the event that you disagree with the comments it is possible to raise a dispute by clicking the dispute button. bideasi reviews all disputes, contacting both the buyer and the seller in order to resolve the dispute. bideasi's decision is always final on all disputes.

Account History	The Account History lists items that you have bought or sold. The information provided will include the item description, the price, the quantity and the name of the buyer or seller whichever is appropriate..

Update Account Information	First login, only then will you be able to update your account information. You will be directed to the update registration page. Your details will be displayed on the screen and you will be able to change any of the details. When you have completed your changes, select the Continue button to automatically update your details.

Member Profiles	Member Profiles allow users to draw attention to their bideasi Shop, or to items listed on bideasi to increase their exposure and to increase a seller's sale potential. All members can create a Member Profile for free. This may include a short piece of information about you or your company, but must not include any marketing information other than drawing attention to bideasi listed items. An image may be displayed in your profile, but this cannot include company or trade logos to promote products outside of bideasi. Once a profile has been created the member can submit the profile directly to Google to be included in Google search engine listings. To create a profile click on 'Add Friends' link at the top of the page. On the right side there are links for creating a new profile or updating a profile. To submit a profile to Google, click on 'Update Profile' and then 'View Profile', on the following page you will be able to submit your profile to Google to be included in Google search engine listings.
