To use any of the screens under the Buy button you must have logged in using the Log In button.

Each of the buttons are explained below:


Buy Items From The Main Screen	Click on any of the images that are displayed on the main screen. You will then have a choice of categories to choose from a drop down box. Choose a category and a list of items for that category will be displayed. You can now click on any of these items to displayed more detailed information on the item and to add the item to your buy items

'My Buy Items'	Displays the items you have currently listed as buy items Click on the item and a detailed description will be displayed about the item

'Add New Item'	There are several things you can do on this screen. You can search for existing items, either using the Text Entry search, or the Category search. The Category search allows you to choose predefined categories, then click the 'View Items In This Category' button to display all the items listed in this category. If you cannot find the item you are looking for, you can create a new item that is saved permanently on bideasi and is added to your list of buy items by pressing the 'Add A New Item To This Category' If we haven't provided an appropriate category for you to list your item you can also suggest a new category for bideasi to list. bideasi is the only auction website where you can feature video clips of your products
'Add New Item'	Go Now To Add A New Buy Item To bideasi

'Revise Item'	This screen allows you to change 2 pieces of information of the buy item, the required price and the quantity of items required. Other details of the item cannot be changed because this would change the information of the item permanently in our catalogue.

'View Offers'	Offers from sellers on your buy items are displayed. To accept the offer you check the Accept box and press the Confirm button

'My Emails'	Any buy items that have had replies to emails will be listed in the drop down box. Choose an item from the list to display the email. You can decide to reply to the email, or delete the email, by using the buttons provided.

'Received Item'	A list of items that you have purchased will be displayed when the seller has confirmed that they have received payment and have despatched the item/s. When you receive the item you need to Change Status on this screen and press Confirm.

'Leave Feedback'	A list of bought items will be displayed each having a tick box to leave feedback. You can choose from predefined feedback, saving you time entering feedback, or you can still enter your own customised feedback comment. You also need to rate the overall purchasing experience as Excellent, Good, Poor, or Very Poor. All items selected will be submitted with the same feedback. Remember on bideasi you will be given individual feedback rates for buying and selling, so a prospective buyer or seller can see what kind of customer you are and vice versa. The higher the combined feedback rate the more preferential fees you will receive when you are selling items.

'Compliment Message'	If you wish to send a complimentary message to a seller, it is similar to the procedure for entering feedback. Select either from the predefined list of complimentary messages, or leave your own customised message. To send this message to specific sellers tick the relevant Send Message boxes.

'Payment Is Made'	As soon as you make payment to the seller bideasi records that this has happened and so you don't normally need to check that this has happened. But you may want to verify that bideasi has recorded that payment has been made. If the item is listed on this screen then bideasi believes that payment has not yet been made. If this is not true you need to contact bideasi immediately at info@bideasi.com . However, this screen is more commonly used to manually record payment has been made for those transactions whereby the buyer has paid by credit or debit card to the sellers credit or debit card. Bideasi would recommend you not to use this method of payment because you do not get the same level of protection for your money as you would if use a MoneyBookers account.

Find A Members Feedback	Click on the 'Buy' or 'Sell' buttons and then the 'Find A Members Feedback' button. A screen will be shown where you can enter part of the members name and press 'Search'. This will list all members with a possible match. You then select one of the members listed and press 'Show Feedback'. All the feedback comments and the feedback scores will be listed.

Copy A Current Item	Step 1 - find an existing item from bideasi's catalogue. This is very easy to do, just enter 1 or 2 words in the search box and press the 'Search For Items' button. If any items are found with your description; items will be displayed with an image and brief information of the item. Click on the item anywhere to display more detailed information about the item. Skip Step 2 if you want to use the images shown. Or press 'Upload Images' to use your own images of the item, but your new images must accurately reflect the description that you submit. Any part of the information displayed in Step 3 can be altered. Simply click in any box and amend the details. You will need to enter a 'Required Price', 'Quantity' and a 'Length Of Auction'. The 'Additional Detail' box is optional. By ticking the countries, your buy item will be available on any of the websites in your chosen countries. Finally press 'Add Item To Your Buyer Request' to submit your new buy item.

Window Shop	Window Shop conveniently lists all the categories that currently feature products on bideasi. This gives the buyer an easy search facility to quickly find items of interest. It can also be useful for sellers wanting to secure niche markets on bideasi where few sellers are currently exploiting.

bideasi Shop	A bideasi Shop features all the categories of a particular seller. By selecting a category all the items the seller has listed on bideasi in the category is displayed. In the bideasi Shop section you can choose to view all your listed items, or you can view another seller’s items.

Gift Centre	The Gift Centre provides a convenient search tool for buyers to quickly find gifts for friends and family. The buyer can perform multiple searches at the same time; for example, searching for items for women at the same time searching for ‘Practical Gift’ and ‘Golf’ related items etc.

Read All Your Latest Complimentary Messages	This page lists the name of the buyer / seller, the item that the member purchased or sold and the complimentary message the buyer / seller left. You can search for any of your complimentary messages for each country by selecting the appropriate country from the drop down list box.

Re-List Buy Items	It is free for any buyer to list buy items on bideasi. If the buyer does not successfully purchase their buy item they can re-list it. To re-list the buy item select it from the drop down list box, which will automatically re-list it for a further 7 days. Any buy items can be re-listed as many times as you like.
